What is a ready-made company?

It is a registered sp. z o.o. (LLC) with seniority that has not started trading — with KRS, NIP, REGON assigned and active VAT. Buying it saves the time needed to register a new company and obtain active VAT status.

How long does the takeover take?

The entire takeover is done online in the S24 system, so the company is at your disposal almost immediately. Updating the data in the KRS register usually takes from a few to a dozen or so days.

What do I need to buy?

Since everything is done online in the S24 system, without a notary, you need a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) or a qualified electronic signature.

Does the company have any liabilities?

No. The offered companies have not conducted operations, so they have no debts or liabilities. All required zero declarations are filed on an ongoing basis, together with zero financial statements.

Does the company have a bank account?

Most companies already have a business account at PKO BP — we mark on each company whether an account is available. The oldest companies are sometimes without one. If you don't need it, you can close it at any time.

What affects the price?

The price is determined mainly by the company's age — the older it is, the higher the valuation — and by the amount of share capital. A court fee of PLN 200 for changing the data in the KRS is added.

Can I change the name and address?

Yes. After the takeover you can change the name, registered address, business activity (PKD) and other data — we carry out these changes for you.

Where are the companies registered?

At our Warsaw locations — in the Centre (al. Jana Pawła II 80, Babka Tower) and in Wola (ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31). You can keep the address or change it to your own.
